This local development application is a testing environment. Use it only if you are 21 or older and accept the community rules. You retain ownership of your content and grant permission to store and display it according to your audience choices. Access may be restricted for rule violations.

These draft terms and privacy notices require owner and legal review before public launch. This implementation does not establish compliance with every state or federal law. Jurisdiction-specific questions are tracked in the project documentation.
